Hi, I'm the person behind HIMIMI, and if you're reading this, welcome. I mean that genuinely.

This whole thing started at a small table. Just me, a pair of pliers, and way too many loose beads scattered everywhere. That table is still where I make many of our pieces today. No big factory, no faceless brand behind the name — its just someone who fell in love with making things by hand, one clasp, one bead, one tiny knot at a time.

I never liked the idea that "luxury" jewelry had to mean something you save for one big day and then lock away in a drawer. Why should feeling beautiful be occasional? Why should something meaningful only come out for anniversaries and weddings, gathering dust the other 364 days a year?

So I set out to make something in between the jewelry that feels rich and considered, but still fits into an ordinary Tuesday. Pieces you can layer, stack, and actually live in. Not trend pieces you wear once and forget, but things that still feel good on day 100, not just day one.

Every material is handpicked, piece by piece, with real life in mind and not just how it looks in a photo. It is made for showering, sweating, swimming, sleeping in, forgetting you're even wearing it. No green fingers, no dulling after a few weeks, no taking it off "just in case." Just jewelry that keeps up with your actual life.

Every piece that leaves HIMIMI has genuinely passed through my hands. I choose materials carefully and things that hold up, that catch the light the right way. It's slow work. Sometimes frustratingly slow. But I wouldn't do it any other way, because I want you to feel that care when you open the box. 

The mission of our brand is "Made for the hundredth wear, not just the first". Because you are special to us. 

HIMIMI, to me, isn't just a shop. It's a quiet belief that affordable and beautiful aren't opposites. That luxury doesn't need to shout, or cost a fortune, to be real. That you deserve to feel a little special on an ordinary day, not just the big ones.
